About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Construction Project Manager to lead the early project lifecycle of a major 18MW data centre build in London. This role is central to ensuring a smooth transition from concept to site, working across design coordination, programme management, civils, groundworks, procurement, and contractor engagement.
You’ll be the key interface between the client, design team, and delivery partners—driving performance, managing risks, and ensuring the project is fully scoped and aligned before breaking ground.
