Job Overview

As a Project Manager / Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of project work across our client base, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities include delivering solutions such as new Microsoft service deployments, infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, and security product rollouts. You will work closely with our engineering and pre-sales teams to ensure projects are properly scoped and effectively delivered, with clear communication to internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Microsoft infrastructure and cloud projects. Serve as a knowledgeable resource and coach for team members.
• Assist in managing legacy network projects.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to scope and plan project work.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution during project implementation.
