Job summary

AutoRek is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead professional services implementations for a global client base. You will drive projects from initiation through execution within scope, time, and budget, while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

You will plan, resource and report on deliverables, mitigate risks, and collaborate with Customer Success, Delivery and Marketing teams to maximise value and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience across professional services delivery and IT projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive levels.
• Familiarity with software development and implementation lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and communicate project progress to milestones.
• Resolve issues and roadblocks, address customer queries and escalations.
• Manage resources, time, scope and budget across multiple projects with detailed plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Delivery and Marketing to create referenceable clients.
• Forecast resource requirements to support decision making across the company.
• Lead development of project methodologies and deliverables (charter, plan, logs).
• Facilitate status meetings with the implementation team and customer, documenting key outcomes.
• Onboard, train and develop new team members; mentor the team for high performance.
• Present and liaise with C-level executives as needed.

• As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for establishing best in class project management methodologies and principles that will facilitate the delivery of AutoRek’s Professional Services implementations for our client base around the globe
• You will drive the delivery of our engagements according to the agreed-upon scope, time and budget whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction
• As Senior Project Manager you will be a crucial player in managing, tracking, and communicating the progress of projects and ensuring top quality team delivery
• From project initiation through to execution, you will be responsible for planning, resourcing, and reporting on the progress of deliverables while controlling scope, change management, risks and ensuring timely resolution of issues and blockers
• The role will involve managing multiple concurrent projects and working with several team members within a matrix environment
