Senior Project Manager – With a clear path to Head of PMO- Medical Devices

Farnham, England | Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career?

A family-run, fast-growing medical device manufacturer is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join its expanding team in Farnham. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this is a high-visibility rolewith a clear pathway to transition into Head of PMO as the business continues to scale.

This opportunity has arisen due to recent departmental restructuring and ongoing investment in the growth of the project management function. It’s ideal for a dynamic, customer-facing project leader with a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects within the medical device sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking full ownership of several simultaneous medical device projects from concept through to delivery
• Acting as the key customer-facing contact, building strong and lasting relationships
• Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, resource schedules, and risk assessments
• Leading cross-functional collaboration across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and commercial teams
• Managing and mentoring internal project teams, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Reporting directly to the CTO, with regular visibility to senior leadership
• Playing a key role in shaping the future of the project function, with the intention to evolve into Head of PMO

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience managing full-lifecycle projects within the medical device or similarly regulated industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects at once, often with tight deadlines and competing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience working directly with customers
• A hands-on, practical leadership style with a focus on solutions and results
• Confident communicator with strong planning and organisational abilities
• Comfortable working in Farnham three days a week, with flexibility to work remotely the other two
