Job summary

PMs for Hire is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Fareham to lead complex aerospace programmes, guiding design, development and certification across engineering teams, customers, suppliers and regulators.

You will chair governance activities, report to senior leadership, mentor project managers and drive risk mitigation within a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience leading complex aerospace programmes with increasing levels of responsibility, or equivalent experience within a highly regulated engineering environment.
• A technical degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex engineering, design, development or product change programmes.
• Strong programme governance, financial accountability and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working within regulated environments, ideally aerospace, including exposure to certification or compliance requirements.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• UK nationality due to programme security requirements.
• Ability to commute to Fareham four days per week and live within approximately one hour of site.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll provide programme leadership across complex design, development and certification projects, working closely with engineering teams, customers, suppliers and regulatory authorities. Role And Responsibilities
