Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large education build projects in Essex from planning through handover. This role requires proven capability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and deliver on time and to budget.

Ideally you will have experience delivering education projects of £15m+ and a strong client-facing approach, with a focus on career progression within a Tier One main contractor setting.

• Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
• Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.

Senior Project Manager

I am currently working with a strong Tier One Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for Senior Project Manager, to oversee large new build school around Essex as no1, from planning to handover. This is a great opportunity to join a solid and stable company, with great opportunities of progression into PD type roles.

Our client is looking for someone with experience leading education projects of 15+ million from site set up to handover.
