Profile Description

Are you ready to lead complex projects that make a real environmental impact?

At Biogenie, we’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale remediation projects across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to take ownership of complex, multi-site remediation projects.

You’ll work closely with our Project Directors and technical teams, managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll:

• Lead the planning and delivery of remediation projects from start to finish.
• Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee technical design, site setup, and project documentation.
• Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support and mentor site and project staff to help them grow.
  
  

What you should bring to the role:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in remediation or complex contracting roles, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• A solid understanding of NEC3/JCT contracts and CDM 2015 Regulations.
• PMP certification and/or chartership (or working towards it).
• SMSTS, CSCS, and a full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
