The company is a medium-sized Main Contractor specializing in industrial projects, including new build steel frame warehouses and storage units. It has doubled in size over the past 12 months due to successful tendering and has a strong pipeline of work for 2026.

The Opportunity:
We seek a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering new build warehouses and refurbishments of storage units, from ground up. Projects range from £10m to £20m in value. The candidate should be hands-on, overseeing site activities and ensuring the programme is met on time.

Project Details:
Location: South London
Scope: New build warehouse valued at £21m over 2 phases, duration 60-70 weeks.

Requirements:
- Experience managing new build industrial sheds from start to finish.
- Proficiency with Asta.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Proven employment history and project management experience.
- Experience managing on-site subcontractors.
- Must hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
