Overview

An established consultancy in Hampshire is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of high-value commercial, education and residential schemes. This role is ideal for a client-facing Senior Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from early feasibility through to completion. The successful Senior Project Manager will be part of a dynamic consultancy team, managing multiple schemes simultaneously and supporting junior colleagues in their development. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be key in strengthening client relationships and ensuring projects meet all objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for project delivery, including programme management, risk mitigation, cost reporting, stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
Qualifications
  • Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM) strongly preferred
  • Degree in a construction-related discipline
  • 5+ years' consultancy project management experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
