Senior Project Manager – CRE Civils

Location: Eastern & Anglia Region

Reports to: Framework Manager / CEM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – CRE Civils to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role within a fast-paced environment, managing and delivering civil engineering projects to the highest standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from enquiry to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Manage resources, review project progress, and report updates to the Framework Manager / CEM.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and requirements.
  • Develop and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support tendering and risk review processes.
  • Oversee project documentation, safety inspections, incident investigations, and compliance auditing.
  • Act as CRE (Construction) across frameworks, driving multi-disciplinary teamwork for optimal results.

Qualifications & Experience

  • PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
  • Proven experience working in a collaborative environment
