A leading healthcare organization in Doncaster is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and governance processes. The role requires strong leadership and oversight capabilities, as well as expertise in business process evaluation. The post holder will be responsible for independently managing complex projects and programmes, while also providing leadership and oversight to others. This includes both internal and system-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with Trust strategy, values, and governance processes.
The post holder will report to the Head of Change and Transformation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead priority, large-scale programmes on behalf of organisational directorates, with a strong emphasis on governance, structure, and delivering measurable outcomes.
