The post holder will be responsible for independently managing complex projects and programmes, while also providing leadership and oversight to others. This includes both internal and system-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with Trust strategy, values, and governance processes.
The post holder will report to the Head of Change and Transformation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead priority, large-scale programmes on behalf of organisational directorates, with a strong emphasis on governance, structure, and delivering measurable outcomes.
o Support directorates in identifying and prioritising projects, reviewing business processes, and implementing change.o Assist operational and corporate teams with procurement and evaluation of systems and business processes.o Manage full project lifecycles from initiation through to successful implementation and handover to operational teams.o Ensure benefits are clearly identified, tracked, and realised at the appropriate time.o Adhere to the Change Function's methodology and follow the established gateway governance framework.
