Overview

Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in cloud and infrastructure solutions? Do you enjoy leading complex projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering exceptional outcomes in fast-paced environments?

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing technology services provider. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects with national and international clients, while developing your career in a supportive and people-first culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the delivery of cloud and network transformation projects for contracted and non-contracted clients.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring client expectations and SLAs are met.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for more junior engineers and project staff.
  • Support pre-sales activity by assisting in solution design, surveys, and technical documentation.
  • Provide leadership and direction during high-pressure situations, making clear and logical decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new processes, tools, and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is essential.
  • Strong track record managing cloud, infrastructure, or network projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Solid understanding of technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, private cloud, networking, and security solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and the capacity to prioritise under pressure.
  • Experience in mentoring or providing technical guidance to teams.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a “work hard, play hard” ethic.
Desirable
  • Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP, ITIL).
  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, CCNA.
  • Exposure to IT service management and customer-facing roles.
