We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing technology services provider. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects with national and international clients, while developing your career in a supportive and people-first culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of cloud and network transformation projects for contracted and non-contracted clients.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring client expectations and SLAs are met.
- Act as a technical escalation point for more junior engineers and project staff.
- Support pre-sales activity by assisting in solution design, surveys, and technical documentation.
- Provide leadership and direction during high-pressure situations, making clear and logical decisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new processes, tools, and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is essential.
- Strong track record managing cloud, infrastructure, or network projects from initiation to delivery.
- Solid understanding of technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, private cloud, networking, and security solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational ability and the capacity to prioritise under pressure.
- Experience in mentoring or providing technical guidance to teams.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a “work hard, play hard” ethic.
Desirable
- Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP, ITIL).
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, CCNA.
- Exposure to IT service management and customer-facing roles.
