Senior Project Manager Opportunity - Central London

Mivan is a dynamic and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor with a reputation for excellence and innovation. We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to establish, coordinate and manage a landmark fit-out project.

Candidates should have extensive experience on new build and fit-out type projects and a third level qualification in a related subject or experience in a similar Project Management role. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute with strong leadership and people management skills and the ability to negotiate and influence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure all necessary resources are in place to meet deadlines.
  • Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial targets.
  • Ensure all work meets client specifications and quality standards, including implementation of the Control Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Effectively manage all project resources including staff, labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, and internal departments (e.g., design and factory teams).
  • Set clear targets and reporting procedures, and measure team and stakeholder performance against these standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients and their representatives, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proactively develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and maintain accurate, contemporary records to protect the company's position.
  • Implement and uphold company Operations and Safety Management Procedures on all projects. Demonstrate a high standard of safety at all times throughout the project.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities within your knowledge, experience, or competency as requested by senior management.
