Overview

Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-profile construction projects across London. Focus on leisure, hospitality, and commercial sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Salary: £80,000 + Expenses + Healthcare. Location: Site-based across London. Sector: Leisure, Hospitality, Commercial. Projects: Up to £10M in value. Schedule: Monday to Friday site based.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of construction projects valued up to £10M
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Drive quality assurance and risk management across all phases
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing commercial & leisure construction projects
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS Black or Gold Card
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Based in or willing to commute across London sites
