Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior project manager to join a leading organisation in the commercial property sector. This is an exceptional opportunity to take charge of a variety of high-profile projects, working with a team of market-leading experts to deliver outstanding results.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from inception to completion
2. Manage and monitor project budgets
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative working environment
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health and safety standards.

What we're looking for:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally in the commercial property or construction sectors
2. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
3. Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors
5. A degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant professional qualifications
6. A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
