We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of client contracts across multiple manufacturing sites. The role involves ensuring the smooth delivery of services, managing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the account.

You'll need to be confident in both delivery and business development, with regular travel required between sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for managing contracts and ensuring all obligations are delivered effectively.
  • Lead the delivery of projects and services across manufacturing environments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and grow the account.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
  • Support account growth through business development and networking.
Person Specification
  • Experience in project or contract management within manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to develop long-term relationships.
  • Background in business development and account growth.
  • Commercial awareness, including P&L responsibility.
  • Good understanding of risk management, compliance, and contract governance.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between sites.
