The job

We are looking for Senior Project Managers responsible for overseeing and managing complex, high-impact transformative projects within AVEVA. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and leadership, ensuring that projects align with AVEVA’s strategic objectives, are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in project management.

Experience

• Track record of delivering Enterprise scale ERP or Business Application type projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and monitoring skills with evidence of overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven ability to identify and manage ambiguity and address issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
• Ability to build consensus and manage diverse, group-wide business stakeholders through influence.
• Experience of leading teams through IT and process changes and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Ideally experience working within Blue Chip organizations (FTSE, Fortune, Global brands).
• Experience of working with System Integrators and specialist vendors in project delivery
• Production of comprehensive project documentation in line with the required process and standards.
• An understanding of program authorities and artefacts used for managing projects in a program delivery environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field; project management and/or general business management; or equivalent, related IT experience.
• Project management training and certification (PMP, Prince II or similar.)
