Our client, Osmoflo, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Burton, South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within the Projects and Production team, where you will be responsible for managing resources, schedules, financials and quality control guidelines on a large project. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and manage a team of project professionals such as project managers and project engineers. What you'll do:

As this particular Senior Project Manager at Osmoflo, your primary role will be to ensure successful delivery of one of Osmoflo’s largest projects. You will:

  • Provide effective management, oversight and coordination of various allocated projects.
  • Lead a project team of Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to quality and control guidelines.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to improving project delivery.
  • Responsible for all activities relating to management of the project office.
  • Assist in the development of tenders as necessary and provide advice on project execution strategies during the tender phase.

  • Extensive experience in Major Project Management experience within sectors such in water oil & gas or, energy.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, supervising and developing staff.
  • Working knowledge of PMBOK.
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and lead teams.
