Job summary

Plymouth is the focus for a Senior Project Manager role with a Permanent, on-site setup in the South West. You will lead a major project, taking ownership, guiding teams across operations, commercial and design while maintaining core client relationships and delivery standards.

We seek an established SPM with a track record of delivering large, complex construction projects and the ability to drive value, solve problems and keep the client informed at all times.

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for your next major project in the South West?
I’m working with a leading UK main contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in the delivery of a significant project in Plymouth.

This isn't a role for someone looking to make their first move into project management. We're looking for an established SPM who has successfully delivered large, complex construction projects and is comfortable taking ownership, leading teams and being the senior point of contact with the client.

The role You'll be responsible for driving the project forward, bringing together the operational, commercial and design teams and ensuring the job delivers against programme, quality and commercial expectations.
You'll be someone who enjoys being at the heart of a project — leading people, solving problems, making decisions and building a strong relationship with the client.
