Senior Project Manager needed in Bristol Paying £31.81 per hr ref 5264659

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

• The role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities for the CRSTS projects in Bristol. This will include ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality. The role would manage site operations, schedules, and resources, taking an execution and coordination role.

• The role would liaise with PMs to ensure work is carried out according to the project schedule and aligns with the construction plan, communicating and problem-solving with PMs if any delays from other projects may affect the delivery of another project.

• The role will need to liaise closely with the network highway team and the NEC PM & Site Supervisors to ensure each project is not impacting on another. The role will work with all contractors and subcontractors on site and will ensure compliance with safety regulations. It will include handling site logistics, risk management, and problem-solving, and liaising with the NEC4 PM and site supervisor to address issues.

• Timescales can change, and there will need to be clear communication on how these affect other projects and where different contractors work alongside each other on different projects. Be clear who is responsible for what work and help avoid delays or discrepancies. The role and site supervisor will need to communicate effectively to prevent delays and resolve issues promptly.
