Otis is growing and we are recruiting a talented Senior Project Manager.

On a typical day you will:

1. Define project objectives and manage installation projects
2. Manage administrative and material tasks
3. Ensure that the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and/or subcontractors
4. Work closely with the project team to mitigate any safety, ethics and quality risks
5. Work closely with local authorities on document submissions and site inspections for a smooth project completion
6. Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support and improved profitability

What you will need to be successful (adjust for local regulations)

1. You have experience with the elevator and building trades (is an advantage not a MUST)
2. Safety is your top priority
3. You have excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
4. You are self-reliant, with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumen
5. Several years in a corporate/consultative Project Manager role
