Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in medical devices? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company tackling continuous improvement and new product development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
2. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability
3. Assign tasks, manage workloads, and provide guidance to team members
4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and key stakeholders
5. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder needs are met
6. Address project challenges and roadblocks proactively
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
8. Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness

What You’ll Need

1. 6 years of project management experience
2. Experience working within the Medical Device sector
3. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (ISO13485)
4. Technical background in engineering or manufacturing
5. Proven ability to collaborate with manufacturing and R&D teams
6. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
