About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to join our Business Change team as a Senior Project Manager to lead our Data delivery.
Previous experience in successful delivery of complex data projects is essential.
You will be responsible for managing a small, multi-disciplinary team to deliver the objectives of the Data programme to agreed time, quality and budget constraints.
We are offering this role on a fixed-term basis of 12 months. We support hybrid working, with a regular presence at our Bournemouth office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Business Sponsor with shaping delivery scope and securing funding approvals.
  • Managing project/programme delivery in line with LV= change processes.
  • Ensuring that objectives are delivered in a timely manner and meet budget and quality requirements. This will include defining and planning projects, reporting on progress and advising of any issues or risks, managing risks, and liaising effectively with stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure a smooth delivery.
  • Leading a small multi-disciplinary team to achieve objectives for each project/programme.
About You
Our ideal candidate will…
  • Have strong experience of successfully delivering complex data projects, with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Competently apply their robust project / programme management skills to more complex situations, demonstrating proactive delivery ownership.
  • Possess knowledge and experience of various project management approaches and tools including waterfall, agile and hybrid, and how best to apply these to optimise the project team’s ability to deliver.
  • Have gained a relevant project management certification, relevant degree or QBE.
  • Possess strong communication and influencing skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels within LV= and with key external delivery partners.
  • Have strong commercial / business awareness.
  • Showcase some line management or mentoring experience, with the ability to lead small, multi-disciplinary teams.
