Location: Blackpool, with UK wide travel

Salary and Benefits: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Hybrid + Package + Training + Progression to Director

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a market-leading contractor working on large Industrial projects across the UK, with excellent development, training, and a clear progression route to Project Director.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting and attending pre-start meetings at their head office.
2. Liaising with manufacturing, installation, sales, logistics, design, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
3. Managing on-site teams, ensuring labor, equipment, and materials are well-organized.
4. Communicating with clients throughout the project to meet their specifications.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organization and people management skills.
• Excellent financial and commercial knowledge.
• Experience in construction and steel fabrication.
• Ability to work within commuting distance of Blackpool.
