About You

3173 Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Business Transformation team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Transformation.

This is a key contract role focused on delivering high-impact, high-visibility projects across the pensions and professional services space.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing complex change initiatives in a regulated environment and engaging with senior stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities & Criteria

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of major projects including client implementations, business and technology changes.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Ensure rigorous governance and oversight, aligned with business, regulatory and client-specific requirements
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional teams
  • Ensure adherence to internal risk management frameworks
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on project metrics including status, risks, and financials
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, sponsors and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and solution delivery

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in senior project management roles, ideally in pensions, financial services, or professional services
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale client implementations, particularly for regulated clients
  • Solid understanding and practical experience applying the three lines of defence model in project delivery
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in recognised project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or similar)
  • Comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced, and compliance-focused environment

Location: Belfast

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with additional hours as and when required.

This is a six-month fixed term contract, which at a suitable time will be evaluated for potential extension. .

All prospective employees are required to complete an Access NI check.
