Senior Project Manager

London

Permanent

£85,000 - £95,000 + Package

My client a Tier 1 Main Contractor, based in the city of London and currently have a number of exciting new projects in place which they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee a circa £100m 20 storey High Rise Scheme.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities

• To manage resources (people, finance and physical assets) in order to fulfil the assigned projects safely, on time and to the required quality while maximising customer satisfaction and gross profit.
• To implement all of the group policies including those for SHE, Quality and risk management.
• To promote the group values towards its customers in order to meet or exceed their expectations and fulfil the vision of becoming the most highly respected company in the industry.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• A proven background working for a Main Contractor
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget
• Running multi-phase projects with a value of up to £80m
• Relevant construction Degree or related Level 4 and above qualification (HNC/ NVQ)
• A respectable team leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
