Job summary

Rehlko is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead generator installation projects across the UK and Europe, delivering safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will build strong client relationships and manage resources across multiple sites.

• Strong background in project delivery within mechanical, electrical, or construction sectors is required.
• Experience in generator projects desirable but not essential.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, schedules and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple generator installation projects across the UK and Europe from handover through to commissioning.
• Attend project handovers and review scope, delivery, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient project delivery.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
• Maintain accurate project records using CRM systems (Protean).
• Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier management.
• Travel regularly to project sites across the UK and Europe (expenses covered).

• Maintain accurate project records using CRM systems (e.g., Protean).
• Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier management.
• Support the development and appraisal of project administrators and engineers.
• Travel regularly to project sites across the UK and Europe (expenses covered).

• Experience in generator projects desirable, but not essential.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Competent in using IT systems and project management software.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel extensively across the UK and Europe.
