Join a dynamic, safety-focused team where your expertise will drive project success, deliver innovative solutions, and enhance our standing as a global leader in gas turbine engineering.

While our main facility is located in Aberdeen, we welcome applications from candidates across the UK. You’ll be required to travel to Aberdeen but will have full control over managing your own schedule.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the project lifecycle—from handover through to commercial close-out—ensuring strict compliance with NEC3 contract terms and company policies.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders, managing risks, commercial issues, and opportunities to safeguard and optimise project outcomes.
  • Act as the primary interface with the client, managing communications and contractual obligations with professionalism and clarity.
  • Promote continuous improvement, mentor your team, and champion a strong health and safety culture by leading through example.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ideally a qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, along with Project Management Professional (PMP) or Association for Project Management (APM) certification.
  • Proven experience managing complex EPC projects, with strong expertise in NEC3 contract management (essential).
  • Excellent commercial acumen, including negotiation, dispute resolution, and contract change management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills focused on delivering outstanding customer value.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Annual performance-related bonus aligned with individual and company performance
  • Private medical insurance
  • 33 days of annual leave (including public holidays) to support a healthy work-life balance
  • Access to a broad range of retail and entertainment discounts, including exclusive membership options like Costco
  • Discounted personal car leasing available for employees, family, and friends
  • Confidential support through our Employee Assistance Programme, providing guidance on both personal and professional matters
