Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager - Industrial & Distribution Projects

A leading main contractor is seeking an energetic, sharp, and driven Senior Project Manager for a fast-track, challenging industrial project outside of Slough, just off the M4. The project has a construction value exceeding £120 million with a program of just under 45 weeks on site.

Key Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge of large-scale Distribution and Industrial projects.
• Hands-on experience managing full scope of work on site, including program, quality, and subcontract management.
• Ability to oversee activities such as lifts, sequencing, and adapt to weather conditions or design changes.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Potential for career progression to a director role.
