Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support major piling and ground engineering works at Padeswood Works, Buckley. The role is site-based, requiring hands-on technical oversight to ensure safe, compliant project delivery.

You will collaborate with the Construction Supervisor, Project Manager and Commercial Team to guarantee adherence to designs, prepare RAMS and lift plans, and drive progress through meetings and field oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on piling and ground engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Experience producing RAMS, ITPs, lift plans and site records.
• Experience with contracts, tenders and commercial processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Competent IT skills across standard construction software.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering oversight on piling and ground engineering projects.
• Ensure works meet designs, specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Monitor ground conditions and assess impacts on works.
• Plan and ensure temporary works compliance.
• Prepare RAMS, ITPs, lift plans and site documentation.
• Manage NCRs and maintain records and drawings.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Support project cost planning and commercial records.
