The Hyde seeks a Senior Project Engineer (MEP) to join our London team, focusing on delivering a major infrastructure project. You will oversee electrical or mechanical workstreams, drive safety, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will lead project teams, manage risk and customer relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Electrical or Mechanical packages of the project, ensuring successful delivery.
• Champion Health & Safety practices and uphold a safety-first culture.
• Support pre-commencement procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities with mitigation strategies.
• Re-engineer installations to meet customer requirements while optimizing profitability.
• Provide accurate progress updates for site and financial reporting.
• Ensure activities comply with internal procedures and external legislation.
• Lead and engage project teams, setting clear expectations and managing performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers to support efficient delivery and future opportunities.
• Manage successful project closure, ensuring quality, commercial targets, and compliance.
