Job description

A Senior Project Engineer who is mechanically biased to work on a Central London project from commencement to completion. This role will be integral to the delivery of this project across key packages.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

1. Deliver projects from procurement stage through to commissioning phases.
2. Responsible for the effective project engineering service to ensure that assigned projects are delivered to specification in line with planned costs.
3. Line management of graduates and supervisors.
4. Demonstrate appropriate health and safety leadership.
5. Deliver the project from cradle to grave, reporting to a Project Manager.
6. Responsible for own areas of work, with minimal direction, in line with NG Bailey policies and procedures.
7. Lead the identification of project risks and opportunities, and take responsibility for their mitigation or enhancement within your area of control.

What we’re looking for:

Ideally, a Senior Project Engineer with experience across projects in Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Science sectors, with a proven track record of delivering projects independently.

Key requirements include:

• A mechanical background from education and experience.
• Experience with complex mechanical installations.
• Ability to lead proactively and identify issues before they arise.
