Job summary

Nova Talent is partnering with a leading engineering and technology organisation to recruit a Senior Project Engineer. You will lead complex product development activities from concept through to manufacture, coordinating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver on technical, commercial, and operational objectives.

Role requires strong project coordination, excellent communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business while driving continuous improvement in engineering

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Software, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in design engineering, product development, or project engineering.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle from concept to manufacture.
• Experience with project planning tools (MS Project, Jira) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track engineering projects across the lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project documentation (plans, release plans, statements of work).
• Manage schedules, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate prototype builds and development equipment.
