HARP (Haweswater Aqueduct Resilience Programme) is UU's largest capital project, involving the replacement of 6 tunnel sections along the aqueduct, securing water supplies for millions and leaving a lasting legacy.

The role

We seek a Senior Project Engineer to contribute to the HARP project, interfacing with designers, constructors, operations, and assurance teams. Responsibilities include onboarding delivery partners, overseeing design development, technical queries, assurance outputs, and providing technical leadership during outages and connections. The role requires driving technical excellence and seamless integration across engineering disciplines.

You will have visibility of major contracts and industry partners, witnessing project execution and influencing success. Stakeholder engagement and effective relationship management are crucial.
