Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Oxford to lead a team delivering advanced composite projects from quotation to manufacture and delivery. The role focuses on design, analysis and ensuring technical excellence across CAD and FEA workflows.

You will coordinate planning and documentation, liaise with customers and production, and drive ERP updates to keep projects on schedule. A long tenure in composites and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Over ten years composites experience.
• Strong knowledge of design, materials, manufacturing processes, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Experience producing and managing technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team and overseeing both design and project delivery activities.
• Manage composite engineering projects from quotation through to manufacture and customer delivery.
• Drive design, analysis and design review activities using CAD and FEA tools.
• Coordinate project planning, documentation and ERP system updates to ensure projects stay on track.
• Work closely with customers, production and quality teams to ensure successful project execution and compliance with industry standards.
