Job summary

Tier One Recruitment is assisting a specialist infrastructure consultancy in recruiting an experienced Project Director to lead a nationally significant power and utilities programme. You will be embedded within the leadership team, steering tactical delivery, programme execution and operational leadership across a large, complex portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of a major infrastructure programme.
• Provide leadership to multiple Construction Directors and senior delivery teams.
• Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability and delivery excellence.
• Drive alignment across engineering, construction, commercial and project controls functions.
• Champion effective communication and decision-making across the programme.
