Job summary

Sphere Solutions Ltd in North London is seeking an experienced Project Director/Project Lead to oversee delivery of a major infrastructure package for a data centre development. The role involves leading civil and infrastructure works from pre-construction through to completion, managing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring programme, commercial, quality and safety objectives are met.

Reporting into the senior project leadership team, you will drive performance, maintain client and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating at Project Director, Project Lead or senior level on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong track record delivering major civils, industrial or data centre schemes.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with experience managing large budgets and complex delivery programmes.
• Able to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major infrastructure and enabling works package.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and key supply chain partners.
• Drive programme performance and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Maintain client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee commercial performance, risk management and project controls.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and quality.
• Support recruitment, mentoring and development of project delivery teams.
