The role of Senior Project Developer in Horsham, PA, involves extensive duties related to land development and overseeing the execution of base building and tenant improvement projects within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and construction of various projects for MRA and its clients.
  • Manage a range of land development, ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects while adhering to financial guidelines.
  • Provide project direction by defining scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
  • Ensure high construction quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and controls to guarantee project success.
  • Collaborate with different departments to coordinate and communicate project details effectively.
  • Develop new client relationships and seek income-generating opportunities for the company's growth.
  • Contribute significantly to the overall success and growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, specifically with a focus on redevelopment projects. Preference for experience in wet and dry laboratory construction.

  • Proficient in construction means and methods with a detailed understanding of project financials, specifications, and scheduling.
  • Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural designs and installations.
  • Strong time-management skills to handle multiple project schedules and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to oversee third-party consultants and contractors throughout the project duration.
