The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to help steer and/or manage a diverse range of water engineering projects within our major client portfolios. We look for colleagues passionate about technical excellence and providing outstanding service. You will join our Energy, Water & Resources team, preferably located in London, but we will consider locations such as Bristol, Winchester, Leeds, or Solihull. You will lead and/or manage projects suited to your skills and development needs, offering opportunities for growth.

Is this role right for you?

You will build, maintain, and manage strong relationships within Arup, with clients, and stakeholders. A desire to share knowledge and mentor teams and individuals is essential.

We seek the following skills and knowledge:

1. A relevant technical degree
2. Experience leading teams and managing multidisciplinary projects to deliver on time and within budget
3. Previous experience in the Water sector
4. Good knowledge of quality assurance systems and management tools

Ideally, you will hold Chartered status from your discipline’s institution.
