Blake Morgan LLP in Cardiff is hiring a Senior Project/Cost Manager to join our Project and Cost Management Team. You will lead the delivery of complex projects across public and private sectors, from feasibility through to handover, acting as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
• Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop and manage project programmes, governance structures and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractor relationships.
• Manage project risks, opportunities and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure delivery aligns with objectives, programme, quality and budget.
• Chair project meetings and provide strategic recommendations.
