Amentum is seeking a Project Controls Manager to be embedded within a Delivery Programme, taking responsibility for cost data, forecasts, earned value, and monthly ACWP reports to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will work with the Programme Director and finance teams, guiding controls practices across the supply chain and advising on improvements to drive performance in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent training with experience in large programmes.
• Experience shaping strategic changes via programme management.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and consultants on complex construction programmes.
• Experience in governance, strategic planning, risk analysis, and contract issues.

Aufgaben

• Day-to-day management of the project controls team within the programme.
• Liaise with supply chain and central finance to set budgets and report performance.
• Support Programme Director with progress reporting, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports aligned with PMO calendar and explain variances.
• Ensure consistent application of project controls processes across the delivery programme.
• Advise project managers and supply chain on controls requirements and standards.
