Within our Mission Systems business, we provide integrated solutions for defence and security, including intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, communications, and weapons handling solutions.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects and programmes, leading on project controls related to scope, cost, time, risk, and quality. You will work closely with project managers and lead a team of project controls professionals, developing strong stakeholder relationships and supporting the development of project controls capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project controls governance, processes, and procedures.
• Manage project schedules and control measures across all project phases.
• Provide regular project status reports and insights for decision-making.
• Manage subcontractor data and monitor delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain Earned Value Management systems and reports.
• Conduct risk management and support baseline reviews.
• Mentor staff and ensure key project control documentation is up to date.

Experience

Proven experience in project controls on complex projects, with knowledge of planning, cost, risk management, and project governance. Experience with tools like MSP/P6, RiskHive, SAP is preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
