Position: Permanent Senior Project Controls Manager

Requirements: BPSS to start, SC Clearance eligibility required

Working Arrangements: Hybrid working in Bristol - flexible as project requires

Our market-leading client seeks a Senior Project Control Manager to join on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project and Programme Managers, stakeholders, teams, suppliers, and clients to develop Project Controls capabilities.
• Lead a team of Project Controls professionals and provide management reports.
• Maintain and own the performance measurement baseline.
• Establish and manage a reliable Earned Value Management (EVM) system and reports.
• Gather evidence to assess project success likelihood.

Skills/Experience:

• Experience with project controls on complex, major projects and programmes.
• Experience in fast-paced environments like private companies, defence, oil & gas, water/highways, transportation.
• Proficiency with project controls tools such as MSP, Primavera P6, RiskHive, ERP/SAP.
• Knowledge of project controls methods: planning, scheduling, cost, risk, performance, change management.
• Leadership and development experience in project controls teams.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• APM, PMQ, or equivalent qualification.
