Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking PMO professionals with strong Project Controls experience to support major construction and infrastructure programs. The role requires travel to client sites (2–3 days per week) and offers a hybrid working policy within a global, employee-owned consultancy.

You will contribute to planning, cost, risk, health and safety, and quality across projects, delivering governance and performance management to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience across planning, cost, risk, health and safety, and quality in project controls.
• Proven ability to deliver project controls in consultancy, engineering or major infra environments.
• Knowledge of cost forecasting, EVM and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated project controls across large construction and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules aligned with project requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, performance trends and risk exposure.
• Support governance, assurance and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to drive improvements and mitigate issues.
