Our Defence Infrastructure Cost Centre supports projects of varying complexity and size, offering services in Programme and Project Management, Project Planning, Cost Engineering, Risk Management, and Commercial Disciplines. We are involved throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-contract to post-contract, managing infrastructure projects valued from hundreds of thousands of pounds to over £200M.

Due to increasing client demands, we are expanding our team and seeking talented individuals to support our Defence client portfolio while advancing their careers on complex, challenging assignments.

We are seeking project controls professionals, especially those with planning expertise, to meet rising demand.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain project schedules aligned with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop schedules.
  • Minimize uncertainty, clarify objectives, and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in scheduling work and coordinating assignments.
  • Evaluate schedule progress and identify potential issues.

  • Membership in a professional body such as APM or PMI.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning software.
  • Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

Working in Teams/Site Attendance

We support hybrid working to balance work and personal life. You will likely spend around 60% of your time on client sites or in our offices, with flexibility depending on project needs.

Security Clearance

As noted, you must be a UK National eligible for SC clearance, which is essential for many of our projects due to security requirements.
