Job summary

Arup is seeking a Project Controller to support the delivery of complex infrastructure and engineering projects through high‑quality planning and project controls. You will develop schedules, review contractor programmes and advise on changes, while applying best practice to enable informed delivery decisions.

Join Arup’s Planning and Controls team and contribute to major commissions for established clients.

Qualifications

Experience in project controls, planning or scheduling within complex delivery environments.
Strong capability in programme development, schedule review and performance analysis.
Ability to apply project controls best practices in a practical, delivery-focused way.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules for complex infrastructure and engineering projects.
Review contractor and consultant programmes, including NEC submissions, and support change decisions.
Support compensation event assessment, change control and schedule updates with cost and risk awareness.
Apply project controls techniques across schedule, cost, risk, change and reporting, including EV where appropriate.
Use Primavera P6, Power BI and other digital tools to support planning and reporting.
