Job summary

Navartis Ltd in Brandesburton, East Riding of Yorkshire, seeks a Project Commercial Manager to provide commercial support across high-value projects, including a £70 million modular build in the North of Scotland, ensuring strong commercial performance and NEC contract management.

You will manage project costs, cashflow, risk, and contract administration, working closely with operations to maintain financial robustness and timely cash reporting.

Qualifications

• NEC contract experience is essential for delivery on NEC-based projects.
• Strong cost control and cashflow management skills are required.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end commercial management across allocated projects.
• Manage and monitor project costs, margins and cashflow.
• Prepare and review applications for payment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce and maintain project cashflow forecasts and financial reports.
• Review NEC contract documentation for risk, opportunity and compliance.
• Monitor variations, change control and compensation events.
• Support resolution of final accounts with clients/subcontractors.
• Ensure alignment with progress, variations and financial position with operations.
