We are currently seeking a Senior Project Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Project Associate at ICON, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring efficient operations and successful outcomes.

  • Supporting the development and execution of project plans, focusing on administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assisting in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project operations and communication.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior associates, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to the development of project documentation and reports to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into project support strategies.
  • Participating in project planning and decision-making processes, ensuring the integrity and transparency of project support activities.

Your Profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in project management and support, with a proven track record of assisting successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
