Job summary

The role will support internal leads and coordinate meetings, preparing records and evidence as defined by the customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in business/project administration.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality support.
• Excellent planning and organisational ability with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide minute-taking and administrative support for all project meetings and employer steering groups, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up on actions.
• Establish, manage and implement efficient systems and processes to track, monitor, and maintain all project activity.
• Ensure all interactions are professional, timely, and efficient, reflecting Cogent Skills and NSAN as a delivery partner.
• Maintain accurate data and records across projects and support monthly project reports to the customer.
• Coordinate the completion of evaluation activity tracking, ensuring information is recorded and shared appropriately.
• Review and improve administrative systems and processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Build productive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders across the sector.
